Between Yes and I Do

So you’ve decided to get married. Now what? The average couple usually sets a date with a year or year and a half’s time to prepare for the wedding. If you are really organized that should be a great amount of time to plan the perfect wedding. You’re probably wondering what the first step is. Brainstorming! Think about all of the ideas that you have. Then figure out exactly what type of wedding you want to have. You’ll be walking down the aisle before you know it.

Have you always dreamed of the huge wedding with hundreds of g
uests or the small intimate wedding with close friends and family? Do you even care about the ceremony? Would you just rather go to Vegas and call it a day? This is a lot to think about. It can sometimes be overwhelming because you’re making two people’s dreams come true. So the key is compromising.

Once you’ve figured out what type of wedding you want to have start thinking about themes. Themes are usually derived from culture, religion, and colors. Once you’ve chosen a theme then its time to instill intricate details. This can either be easy or hard. If it starts to become too hard or overwhelming for you don’t be afraid to ask for help. Call for back up if you have to. Wedding planners are available to support you and help you with your wedding every step of the way.
